Fashion and art have always shared a long-standing relationship. Our collaboration with Singaporean artist Robert Zhao celebrates this bond while introducing a third element: nature. Awe-inspiring and adaptable, nature remains an enduring source of inspiration for humankind.
Expressing his ideas through this immersive installation, Zhao's photographs of nature bring a raw, organic touch to the modern space of our Fashion Walk boutique. Life-sized shadows of creatures are scattered across the store, symbolizing nature's unseen potential to thrive in an urban environment.
Together with the artist, we created a special edition of the micro Toni knotted crescent hobo bag, featuring the words 'Wild Where You Are' alongside an embroidered animal silhouette — a tangible reminder of nature's beauty. To complete the holistic, sensory experience, we also launched the 'Forest Echoes' perfume, inspired by Zhao's woodland adventures.
The installation is available to experience at the CHARLES & KEITH store in Causeway Bay, Fashion Walk, until 8 April 2025.
